Ryan joined the CS2 Bristol team in 2022 as a Graduate Building Surveyor and has since passed his APC to become Chartered. In 2025, he transferred to our London office to continue his professional development and support the growing team and client base.
Ryan has experience working with a broad range of clients, including institutional landlords, investment funds and national retailers. His experience spans the full range of core building surveying services, including technical due diligence, dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants), party wall matters and project delivery such as external repairs and Cat A & B fit outs.
