CS2 Staff News

We can’t believe we’re over halfway through the year! We wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate the wide range of achievements and promotions that have taken place within CS2 Chartered Surveyors, across our 7 national offices.

Northampton:

In the Northampton Office, we were thrilled to congratulate Senior Building Surveyor, Chris Lane who recently passed his RIC APC. Northampton Office Head, Mark Edwards said: “Please join us in congratulating Chris on a sterling effort. Something that he made appear to the rest of us as just casually doing in the background, but I know that he was putting the hard yards in over weekends and evenings to make sure his submission and presentation were impeccable.”

The team in our Head Office also welcomed some new additions; Finance Assistant Sian McLeod, Super Project Management Support, Katrina Heywood and finally a familiar face as we welcomed back Alan Paterson. Following a few months with another firm, Alan is very happy to re-join CS2 as Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Manchester:

Up in our Manchester Office, the team welcomed Joshua Meeks who joined as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. He makes a great addition to the team, bringing with him a variety of commercial experience. He is currently assisting the team on various projects, whilst working towards his Chartership on the CS2 APC Programme.

Edinburgh:

As mentioned in our last Staff News Blog, Office Head Simon was pleased to welcome Duncan Firstbrook to CS2. He has joined the Edinburgh Office as an Associate Director. Duncan is an experienced Building Surveyor, who has recently moved from Down South up to the sunnier climes of Scotland.

Bristol:

CS2 Bristol have also been joined by a new starter Karina Palmer, who started last month as their Team Secretary.
