The Challenge
CS2 have recently provided Contract Admin support in procuring contractors to carry out FRA remedial works to 6 residential blocks nationwide.
The Solution
Working on behalf of a major social housing provider and with the contractor teams, CS2 helped to ensure works were carried out within tight time-frames.
The works consisted of installing signage, replacing emergency lighting, installing fire safe notice boards, installing locking off panels to electrical outlets & ensuring fire-stopping is adequate to various areas on site.
