The Challenge
Due to having a new Tenant lined up, the client required an extremely tight turnaround of this Central-London Office Refurbishment.
The Solution
CS2’s team of Building and Quantity Surveyors Mark Edwards, Elliott Ramsden and Chris Munns helped to deliver the project within this time-scale. The project consisted of a CAT A & B internal refurbishment with brand new Mechanical and Electrical equipment and the construction of a roof terrace.
In addition we refurbished the entire WC block on three floors.
