George is a Trainee Building Surveyor based in CS2’s Birmingham office. As a graduate, George is studying for his APC to achieve chartered status.
- George assists with a wide range of instructions including contract administration, preparing schedules of condition and putting together schedules of dilapidation on behalf of the landlord and the tenant.
- George is also experienced in AutoCAD producing floor plans, elevations and details.
- George also works with his colleagues on providing contract administration, schedules of condition and defect analysis services.
