At CS2 we work in partnership with the Ministry of Defence, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and industry partners, to deliver a range of cost efficient and effective infrastructure solutions.
Our experience of working in the highly specialised defence sector, across a range of MOD projects, combined with our Integrated Thinking TM approach enables us to offer a range of specialist sector services. These include:
- Supporting the DIO and Property Managers in dealing with problems relating to their buildings and associated infrastructure
- Managing and advising on routine and complex new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Assessing the condition of building stock and planning/ implementing maintenance strategies
- Controlling costs
